Prof. Han leads the HAN's group, interested on reliable computing and VLSI/SOC test. His group research objective is to address the challenging issues in designing the next generation VLSI circuits: (1) New Chip for Robot and AI; (2) Key enabling technique: Hetergeneous computing, Approximate computing, Near-threshold computing; (3) Network on Chip
